Sir,
Banks are still debiting service charges @ 12.36 % whereas the ST has been reduced to 10.3 %. How to go about ?

for services rendered before 24th rate is 12.36%, even if it is charged after that date.
however if services are rendered after 24th then you may ask bank to correct it.
