: Query wrt vat on sale of flats
Dear Mithun Sir, Need your help wrt Vat on sale of flats. Pls tell us how to calculate vat on sale of flats w.e.f. June 2006 wherein we can take land reduction as well other inputs. Pls tell us what are the input that can be claimed before calculating vat liability. Also can you send us the format for calculation of vat liability on sale of flats.
