Can any one advise what is last date for vat assesments for year ended 31/3/2006 , 31/3/2007 in Dealers registered with Delhi Vat Department and UP Vat Department

06 March 2009 vat assessment under dvat can be done upto 4 years from the end of financial year.

now a days delhi vat department are issuing notices u/s. 59(3) of dvat act asking for some information.

IT MUST BE NOTED THAT THIS IS NOT AN ASSESSMENT BUT IT IS INSPECTION OF RECORS, TO BE AUTHORISED BY COMMISSIONER.
