Dear Experts,
My last query on two occasions have gone unnoticed. Kindly clarify my pending doubts regarding income tax deduction available under section 80DD.
I get some reimbursement on the treatment and physiotherapy part of the cost of my handicapped son (80% disability)from the employer. (The reimbursement expenditure beyond 15000/- are being taxed as per IT rule)
However, for other costs like day to day general medicine costs and costs towards employing help of persons towards nursing care and discharge of daily activities etc, neither receipts are available nor the claims are being preferred by me.
Will I get deduction of Rs 100,000/- under section 80DD of Income Tax Act?
