If I am employed before 01.01.2004, can I get the benefit of deduction from salary u/s-80CCD(2)

No, because date of employment for eligibility is on or after 1-4-2004.

Ok Sir, Pls clarify one more thing that the contribution of employer shall be added in salary if employed after 01-04-2004

Employer's contibution is taxable in the hands of the employee u/s 17 of the Income tax Act,1961.
