IF a person has claimed exemption under Sec 54 EC few years back and now again he is selling a commercial property and want to invest in bonds for claiming exemption under Section 54 EC. Can he claim exemption again under Section 54 EC? please reply

Yes, because 54EC is not a once in life time exemption.
