Please help me regarding the following:
i) Can a director disqaulified under sec 274(1)(g) be appointed/reappointed as director in a private company?

Companies (Disqualification of Directors under section 274(1)(g) of the Companies Act, 1956) Rules, 2003 applies to public limited company's only. In view of that he/ she can be appointed / reappointed as director in private limited company's.
