Dear Experts,
I am a grower of Coffee in my land. In the land pepper has also been grown. If I sell my Coffee bears pepper to the local trader, can I receive the price of both Rs.2,55,000/- in Cash. Whether agricultural produce of mine is exempt under the new Section 269ST of the Income Tax Act. Please help me and advise me.

You can't receive it in cash as the payment is exceeding 2 Lac. Agricultural produce not exempt
