There is a property whose registration value is 20 lacs
Buyer is giving 12 lacs by cheque and balance cash which will directly violate provisions of 26ss. Can we make an agreement to SALE and show the said 8 lacs as Advance in cash before 01.06.15.
Will it still violate provisions of 269ss if we show the cash in advance before 01.06.15. ?
We have received all the cheques of 12 lacs on 05.06.15 in our bank account.
