Pl clarify following doubts.
--My home loan sanctioned in March 2013 but loan A/c opened and loan disbursement made in April 2013. Will I get section 80EE benefit of additional Rs 1 lac in 2013-2014?

-- Bldg likely to be completed in Feb 2014 but Registration may happen in April 2014. Will I get Interest deduction benefit in 2013-2014?

--The Bldg will remain vacant as I am posted outside. Will the limit of Rs 1.5 lac apply to me or it will be limitless?

30 November 2013 1. No 80EE wont be available as the section clearly states that sanction has to be after or on 1 April 2013.

2. If you are in possession before 31 March 2014, then you can claim interest deduction. Else you shall have to claim it in the next year.

3. if not rented out, it shall be limited to Rs 1.5 lacs
