The payment is made for the month of April and May on 12-06-12 and on the same date the TDS has been deducted and deposited with the department. My Query: 1)is the deduction of TDS late ? 2)is the deposit of TDS late ? for the month of April and May.

When is the invoiced raised? Point of taxation is seen first, whether invoice is issued or payment is made first has to be seen after this 30 day's is given (except March) for remittance. I cannot give you the answer due to lack of information but I gave you the rule. Check out.
