I have a frnd who is develops software for US firm. he gets all revenue in current A/c.
Can we file return under Sec 44AD? Does 44AD covers this profession or business ...

44AD also not applicable for software development. You have to file itr3

Whether he does the software development alone or by engaging some people and hiring an office.
