Dear Experts,
I do provide recruitment service however as per sec 44AA the recruitment service is not specified. Pls clarify in this scenario what would be the criteria to maintained the books of accounts for income tax purpose?

Section 44AA required for maintenance of books of account for certain specified professionals. You may file your return under no books case u/s 44AD as long as you are not earning by way of commission or brokerage or agency business.
