25 November 2009 i have to ask if "any instalment {i.e. 1/10 of expenditure }is disallowed ,it can be added in next instalment but subject to 10 years .what r reasons due to which it is disallowed?

26 November 2009 If the same is disallowed in one year that means the entire not 1/10 expenditure disallowed as there must be some problem in the gross expenditure to be disallowed. So it cannot be added in the next instalment.

I have not yet seen any order in which the same is disallowed. So cannot comment y it can be disallowed.
