Mr X CA IS DIRECTOR IN SUBSIDIARY CO.CAN HE AUDITOR OF HOLDING CO.IS THERE ANY DISQUALIFICATION OR PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT IF HE ACCEPT

yes as per clause 1 of part2 to second schedue to chartered accountants act 1949 states
" he will deemed to be guilty of professional misconduct if he contravens any provision of ca act 1949 or any other law for the time being in force"
so if he is disqualified for holding co then he cant accept for subsidiary co and hence he will attarct the above said clause.
