dear sir i have received a notice from it department for non file pan number for transaction involved under sec 114B and 114D.
now what can i do??
wheather i submit my pan no to it authority

Go through the notice, it must have mentioned the transaction entered into by you without quoting yuor PAN. You will have to submit reply along with a copy of your PAN.
