I am a salaried employee. I stay in rented accommodation. I also get HRA from my employer. Can I get the benefit of both the Sections 10(13A) and Sec 80GG??
Also, when and to whom am I required to file Form 10BA??

No. That is not possible. (In fact the statistics show, that 10(13A) gives more benefits.
