A income tax notice has been served u/s 143(2) of one of our clients for Assessment Year 2011 - 2012. The return for the same was filed on 27.09.2011 . So is the notice valid or Time Barred ????

The notice could have been served till 30.09.2012
If the notice has been served after 30.9.2012 then the notice is time barred.
If the notice has been served after 30.9.2012 then the notice is time barred.
