What are the difference between Revised Schedule VI of Companie Act 1956 & Schedule III of Companies Act 2013, and please share the file of Schedule III for understand in details.

07 January 2015 Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013 has
adopted the same format as notified under revised Schedule VI of Companies Act,
1956.

07 January 2015 Except for addition of general instructions for preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS), the format of financial statements given in the Companies Act, 2013 is the same as the revised Schedule VI notified under the Companies Act, 1956.
