30 May 2015 I want to know whether there would be a change in accounting policies in complying with Schedule II and whether it will be disclosed as per AS 1 & AS 5.

30 May 2015 yes it will be change in accounting policy as per definition given under AS 5 if earlier wdv used but now under co act 2015 wdv as on 1.4.2014 is divided by life of assets as per sch 2 under co act 2013
