1) No, SBC can not paid in cash, you can pay it by Cheque or e-payment.
2) Same GAR-7 challan will be use for SBC which we used for service tax and all the Nationalized bank will be accept. SBC is tax in addition to Service Tax.

SBC cannot be paid in cash or by cheque. Online payment is mandatory.

Sir Bank takes the cheque payment also. One of my client do it in IDBI bank and STO also ok with this.

Yes i know about it. But as it is not possible for every one to use the net banking so bank takes the cheque in his favor and do the e-payment. As bank do the RTGS for non net banking users.
