08 November 2010 dear sir, a company is registered the charge on form-8 on 29.03.2004, due to old form-8, we have not charge ID, NOW company wants to satisfy the charge by filing form - 17, but in form -17, filing of charge id is compulsory, i want to know how to fill the form -17 for satisfiaction of charge, plz reply sir

08 November 2010 Pl login to www.mca.gov.in using your log in ID and password. In the next appearing window select "view index of charges" and click. In the coming window, enter company's name and CIN and click submit button. Details of charges will be displayed and the ist column therein will be "charge ID".

In other way to know Charge ID, inspection of the company either on MCA portal or through physical inspection.

but no need to login to MCA Portal to view Index of Charges of a Company:-)
