Whether the date of making sata karar be considered as date of sale or sale will be consider when original sale deed made afterwards??

Sata Karar generally is not supported with the possession of the property as it is merely an agreement to set forth the conditions. So, sales will be considered only when the registered sales deed is executed.

Then you have to refer Section 27 (iiia) as well as Section 2(47)(v).
