Sales tax liability

My company is registered under Sales Tax in Delhi and having manufacturing unit at Delhi. We are planning to have another manufacturing unit at Noida. I want to purchase machinery & other fixed assets at Delhi address only and then shift it to Noida. Please explain.

There should be no problem.You can do stock transfer of even capital goods for own use.Use proper documentation declaring that those goods are for own use only and not for sale.
