03 April 2019 I was registered in Delhi under DVAT Act. In 2016, I purchased some goods from Haryana and sold them as it is to other dealer in Haryana. No delivery in Delhi. Can I do so? Whether I require for registration in Haryana ? If yes, can I purchased and sold the goods through my agent in Haryana who is registered in that state to avoid my registration.
