Is the sale of safeda tree from agriculture land is exempted or not??? give reasons....

Any processing to make it marketable will always make it taxable.

Sir, Please explain if the assessee sell its safeda tree from its agriculture land it is his agriculture income or not????????

Safeda Tree itself can not be said as an agriculture produce as the necessary agriculture operations are not required to maintain and growing it up. It spontaneously
grows up. So, in my view the income derived from Sale of Tree is taxable.
