Property value = 7200000
TDS 1% = 72 0000

So in 26QB =
Total Value of Consideration (Property Value)* Will be 72,72,000 or 72 lk

18 November 2016 If the property value is 72 lacs you have to deduct 1% TDS from 72 lacs and pay only 71.28 lacs. Then sale consideration will be 72 lacs.
