12 August 2011 Dealer is retailer dealing in Home Appliances got gold coin from Manufacturer of main product as Promotional item but he sold same gold coin to jewellers for its value & charge 1% VAT. whether he should change his registration certificate for adding gold coin as commodity.

12 August 2011 if the vat on gold coin is paid in cash then i feel that he does not need to get amend his registration, as its incidental transaction,
