04 June 2013 I Think Here Author Asked for 12000 pm CTC (So Its Implied That PF & Bonus are Included in This).

& You Can Include These Allowances Whih Dont Require any Papers as Suggested by Vaibhav.
Conveyance, Childern Education, Medical Reimbursement Upto 15000pa etc.
