i am working in a pvt ltd company and my ctc to company is 240000 and in the break up of the salary they are giving us graututiy i.e. 10% can it is be right or they can be give us gratuity in our working period

example my salary is 20000/- per month
basic salary 8000/-
hra 5000/-
lta 2500/-
conveyance 800/-
medical 2900.00
gratuity 800/-

can they paid us gratuity in our salary
kindly suggest us
