29 June 2013 Whether SA 700 audit report has to be given by auditor with tax audits u/s 44AB in form 3CB/3CD.

30 June 2013 Tax audit report was not updated because 3CA and 3CD, 3CB are the formats suggested by CBDT and ICAI cannot ask to prepare as per SA700..

so no amendment in tax audit report so far CBDT suggests a new format

30 June 2013 For form 3CB/3CD, report as per SA-700 doesn't apply since the latter report is for company assessee's wheres the former report in 3CB is for non-company assessee's.

29 August 2020 During a webinar organised by ICAI Head Office addressed by Shri Pramod Jain this month he told that it is mandatory to follow SA 700 (Revised) even in case of Tax Audit Report Form 3CB. He also referred to Guidance Note on Tax Audit issued by ICAI.
