25 October 2012 Dear Sir,
AGM of our company was held on 29th Sept,12. I want to know what is the last date to file various form (23ACA, 23AC etc) with ROC. i.e. 28th Oct,12 (with in 30 days of AGM) or 22nd Nov,12 (as per mca website)..??

Please reply at the earliest...

In your case if it is non-XBRL mode filing of financial statement then it is 22.11. 2012 and if it is XBRL mode then it is 15.12.2012.
