30 October 2012 Sir, While filing the (Balance Sheet) Form 23AC we have to provide the date of approval of Board's Report under the head :-

"Date of Board of directors' meeting in which Board's report referred
to under section 217 was approved"

Sir, Please tell me whether we have to hold a Board Meeting to Approve the Directors Report.

What will be timing of such Meeting.

The date of adoption and authorization for signing of Board Report will be the date and the same will be mentioned in Form-23AC. The date will be Board Meeting date.
