PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS THE PROCESURE WITH DOCUMENTS AND FEE ETC.FOR FOLLOWING :-
THIS IS REQUIREMENT FOR A PVT LTD CO. IN DELHI
1:- APPLYING FOR DIN WITH TIME LIMIT
2:- CHANGE FOR SHARHOLDING
3:- APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRETOR
4:- RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

1. Fee for DIN Rs. 100. No specific time limit.
2. You can anytime change the shareholding pattern by fresh allotment or by transfer of shares.
3. Procedure for appointment of director
1. First collect DIN No. of proposed director and get it approved from MCA.
2. Collect consent letter from the proposed director. (Recommended but not compulsory)
3. Convene a Board Meeting for appointment of director
4. Download Form-32 from www.mca.gov.in
5. Fill form-32 and get it certified from a PCS/PCA and upload the same on MCA site for ROC filing with in 30 days from the date of Appointment of director (Board Meeting).
4. Resignation of director
Simply file form 32 for resignation with in 30 days of resignation. Noting in BM minutes is required.
