For the Financial year ending March 31, 2012 the due date of subsequent (otherthan first) AGM should be up to 30.09.2012.

Due date for filing annual document is here under:

1. Form-23AC & ACA up to 30 days from the date of AGM.
2. Form-66 upto 30 days from the date of AGM, if any.
3. Form-20B up to 60 days from the date of AGM.
