I want to ask that how can we make Form -8 and From -17
what are its requirement and how it can be filled in the ROC???

22 August 2012 E-Form -8 is filed to ROC for Creation/modification of Charge. E-Form 17 is filed for satisfaction of charge in full.

For Ex- ABC Ltd gets a loan of Rs. 500 Crore from SBI. For this an agreement/contract is made. There must have been some immovable proeries have put on Charge i.e. if the company does not pay the interest/principal amount then bank shall take over these properties. this type of terminologies/provisions are put into agreement/contract executed.

Once agreement/contract and/or BR has been passed, Company will file the E-Form 8 to ROC under the DSC signatures of Director/Secretary/Manager and Charge Holder i.e. SBI.

Now if the Company repays the 250 Crore after 6 months then again form 8 shall be filed for Modification. Every time if some amount is added or repaid, form -8 is filed except the repayment of entire sum in full, where the Form -17 is filed aswritten in 1st line.
