18 November 2010 I have query on Road Permit?
I have send material to job worker in Indore from Maharastra by paying road permit in the name of Job worker. Now in sale do I have to pay road permit again in the name of Customer? or how can material be sent to customer without road permit in same state?

Your material return to your factory or direct sale from jobworker.

21 November 2010 if material moving other state then form required.

First of all you can not sale material from jobworker to party. for this prior permision required from your Excise rang officer.

if permision got then you can sale direct and no need to road permit in same state.

but when you are sending for jobwork then road permit required. and Form F also applicable on stock transfer.
