One HUF having 4 member - father, Mother & 2 Son.
Q-Now one Son Which is married ....is there family ( Wife & 2 Son) will be counted as member of HUF..???

the greater HUF shall now consist of son's wife as well.
The status will be changed once the greater HUF is divided

partial partition is de recognised by Income Tax.....it has to be a total partition
