If we paying carriage charges to any GTA below of 750/- per day then are we liable to pay GST in RCM or Not?

Second if we are taking the service from unregistered lorry owner and amount is more then 5000/- are we liable to pay the GST UNDER rcm

10 November 2017 If amount paid is below Rs 750/- per day then there is no RCM.
If lorry owner issues consignment note it will qualify as GTA as per CBEC clarification and in that case it will be covered u/s 9(3), which would mean that RCM will have to be paid irrespective of whether it is registered or not but the exemption of Rs. 5000/- per day will not be applicable as it applies only in case of section 9(4) cases.
