Can a already revised service tax return be revised again??? I have revised an original return of service tax for the first half of 2014-15. Again i want to revise it. But when i am going to option RET-File Return-Revise Return and clicking on 'code of premises', it is displaying no return exists for this code. how is this possible.??

No, Original return has not rejected. Even revised return has also been filed. Also it is very much into the limit of 90days as return was filled in october.

Right, for service tax returns (ST-3), the system allows only one revision within 90 days of filing the original return. So once you’ve revised it once, you cannot revise it again.
Regarding your question about showing a new challan of Half Year 1 in Half Year 2:
Ideally, each return period should report the transactions and challans pertaining only to that period. However, if a payment or challan meant for Half Year 1 was not reported or reflected in that period’s return, you can disclose it in the next return (Half Year 2) under the relevant section, possibly under adjustments or earlier period corrections. Be sure to maintain proper documentation and reconcile amounts correctly, so that it doesn’t raise any red flags during audit or assessment.
