Actual income of the assessee is 30000 more than reported which was defective .
How can I rectify the mistake and revise the return for AY 2015-16

When u file Rectification online u will get a acknowledment on your email and further u will receive intimation order also.
once u get your rectification done u can reply that rectification has been filed.
