Hi Prajot,
The best way to study revised sch VI is to refer the bare Sch VI.
Also a summary of the comparison of the revised sch VI with the earlier Sch VI have been printed in the August 2011 edition of the CA Journal (pg 70) you can refer the same.
the institute has also come out with an exposure draft on the revised Sch VI which is quite comprehensive. The link for downloading the same is as below
