Revised return of service tax

Dear Sir/mam,
i have been filed original return before due date but, some tax liability arises paid after filling original return. now i want revised the return.
kindly tell me procedure to file these return and any late fee or penalties for revised return.

it can be revised only within 90 days form the due date.

Small correction. Service Tax Return can be revised only once within 90 days from the date of filing of original return.
