Can any one say how to revise service tax return for the FY 13-14.

Service Tax return can be revised only once within 90 days of filing of Original return. After 90 days Service tax Return can not be revised.

No. You can write a letter to clarifying the mistakes in the return. If any additional tax liability then pay the same and intimate through the letter and get the copy of letter acknowledged.
