10 June 2009 I have filed my Service Tax Returns for Oct '08 - Mar '09 after the due date. Now i find some mistakes in the same and would like to file a revised return. Is it possible to do tat??

10 June 2009 Can file a revised return with in 90 days from the date of submission of the return under rule 7.
Ref:- rule 7B of Service tax Rules,1994.
