I was filed my original return on 31-7-13 for A.Y 2013-14. On 8-8-13 i was filed revised return with some additional income. Again i got some income from business which at that time the details not available. Since it is available now once again i want to re file my return Is it possible? If not possible for 2nd time revised return what are the remedy to do?

yes it is possiible to revise return as the time limit is not over but every time u need to send the ITR-V Ackknowledgement to cpc banglore else it will be not accpeted as revised1.
