revised r-tds return filling

Hi....friends
We had filled e-tds return FY 2008-09 now we recevied letter from income tax dept in that letter mentioned below....
tds amount not tallyed with deducted amount v/s for FRM26AS amount not tallyed for EXEP: we deducted tds party name "X" Amnt_9500/- but FRM26AS showing 5600/- only now income tax dept says taht differ amount not going credit to "X" taht was showing in suspense account then u revised e-tds return ......Please advice can v file only "X" or total Quatre.....

you need to revise w.r.t. X as his TDS is not reflected in Form 26AS and not total quarter.

You will have to revise the return for that quarter showing correct details by modifying the details of X.

For correction TDS return, you visit www.tin.nsdl.com down load software utility and you need to have the original FVU filed which filed in 2008-09 and procedure also avilable in the webisite www.tin.nsdl.com
