Dear Manishji, If any amoutn forfeited under sction 51 that will be ducucted from COA which calculating CG when property been sold. But if in 2001 amount was forfeited and in 2010 Property been sold then whether in 2001 return amount forfeited will be treated as income or exempted as we are decucting this amount from COA and payng higher CG. Request to guide. -
