19 January 2016 Sir I have failed to file income tax return for the ass.yr 11-12 and 12-13 in which there was TDS refund around 46000/- can i claim the refund now please advise

23 January 2016 For revising CST return. make one request letter to you CTO mentioning with reason for revision and submit. after getting approval from CTO you able to revise the CST return

For Income tax returns for both mentioned assessment year time is barred, so wait for the notice from the Income tax authority, in response to that you can file the return and claim the tds refund
