13 December 2014 A return of service tax is filed after due date with selection of wrong service. Can It be revised within 90 days or return filed within due date can only be revised.

13 December 2014 Yes. It can not be revised within 90 days from the date of filing of original return. Belated service tax return can also be revised within 90 days.
